I just had my first pool day of the summer and it was perfect! Thank goodness for Summer Fridays. Does your business have those? It’s definitely a perk I hear a lot of in Chicago. What a Summer Friday is differs between companies, but for us it’s a 3 p.m. dismissal every week pending no immediate client needs. So after my last meeting, I raced home to open a bottle of bubbly rosé and slip into a swimsuit before a friend came over. I put on this one piece swimsuit with cutouts that I bought for last year’s European vacation and was instantly remind of how much I loved it. This swimsuit’s balance between coverage and showing some skin is exactly what I want in a suit. I personally hate when one pieces swimsuits with cutouts have so many that it’s basically turned into a bikini with some connecting fabric. I like my one piece to cover my stomach, thank you, and to accentuate my *ahem* favorite assets. Plus, when I wore it around on vacation before hitting the beach, it doubled really well as a bodysuit.
