I told you I’d be back with more California photos, but I promise I’m almost done. I just couldn’t get over the beauty of the landscape and how it’s a whole other world from the Midwest. (For those of you who don’t live in the Midwest, you’re probably like, “duh, we know.”) On the second day of our trip last week, my boyfriend and I left Santa Monica and walked through Venice Beach with some friends. From there we headed out to the wedding hotel (in a town next to Calabasas so yes, I was on Kardashian watch), then back to Santa Monica for our last night.
I have to thank my boyfriend for planning such a fun trip and for putting up with all of my requests on our last day in town. He graciously drove past Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurants and found somewhere for us to eat in Beverly Hills, which coincidentally was around the corner from Kyle Richard’s clothing store. He put up with a lot, so in exchange I walked up to the American Horror Story house and snapped several pictures for him as he waited in the car. It seems I wasn’t the only one star struck on this trip.
