Sincerely Reading

Sincerely Reading is a feature published on the blog every few weeks. When it’s not one of my book recommendations, it will be a friend’s. This week it’s Jess from 26 and Not Counting

Big Little Lies Review

Title: Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty

Summary: Big Little Lies is a brilliant take on ex-husbands and second wives, mothers and daughters, schoolyard scandal, and the dangerous little lies we tell ourselves just to survive. (via Amazon)

On a Scale of “Don’t Bother” to “Couldn’t Put Down”: Let’s just say, I lost sleep over this one.

Why? I don’t want to say too much, but the book leaves you longing to get to the bottom of things and every flip of the page brings more thrills and chills. Not to mention the what ifs…

If someone likes ________, they’d like this book: The Husband’s Secret (also written by Moriarty) or any other read that weaves a web of intertwining stories and events.

When would be the best time to read this book? As soon as you can get your hands on a copy, seriously! I waited patiently for a copy to come up at the library, but had I known it was going to keep me on the edge of my seat as much as it did, I wouldn’t have been able to hold out.

Drop me a note if you’d like to review a book in an upcoming post. You can find more of my book recommendations on my Goodreads page. Follow along!
