Blohaute Launch Party

There are few things I’ll wake up for before 6 a.m. And on my birthday? An even shorter list. However, when I was invited to DL Loft to celebrate the launch of Blohaute, I was there. Never mind the early start time; there was a delicious breakfast, amazing décor and talented hair stylists, so it was well worth the early wake up call!

I’d met Blohaute’s owner Amanda and her stylist April before at the Dana Spa, where April styled my hair in an ethereal crown braid. A braid is just one of their many services, which they offer through the Blohaute app. With Blohaute, you can book stylists to come to you to give you a blowout, an updo, a Brazilian Keratin treatment and more. It’s such a nice treat for yourself and less hassle to have someone bring their services to you than run to their salon. In fact, I have a coworker who swears by Blohaute for special events (like birthdays or weddings).

Oh, and the Loft? Don’t even get me started on the Loft. (Really, don’t. My boyfriend can attest to it.) All I will say is that it’s Parisian-inspired and the perfect place for a party  (the all-white lends itself to an engagement party or bridal shower). It’d also be the perfect place to rent for a romantic evening on the secluded outdoor patio and then overnight in one of the bedrooms. Check it out and prepare to have design envy.
