Aldo Outlet Chicago

When I first moved to Chicago I had a love affair with the city’s discount stores. There was the Nine West Outlet where I purchased no fewer than 10 pairs of shoes (the shoes are still in my closet, but sadly the outlet is now closed). There was also the Urban Outfitters surplus store on Clark that I kept returning to despite never having the same luck as my roommate when searching the sale bins. And then there’s the ALDO Sale Store Chicago, with such great deals that take such patience to find that I alternate between feeling hot and cold. Lately, though, it happens that finding multiple accessories on major sale have relit the flame I hold for the sale store.

My recent trip to the ALDO outlet took place while I was waiting for my fiancé to get his haircut nearby. I thought I’d just go in and browse for a bit to kill time. I didn’t expect to walk out with multiple accessories all priced under $25. (In addition to this scarf, I purchased a hat and two pairs of sunnies that were 2 for $5.) I’d definitely suggest going there if you’re looking for some fun purses or other unique accessories to add to your closet.

As for shoes, from my experience, the sale store can be tough to shop when you need a specific pair. It’s hard to say what will be in stock. But, it is a true sale store and unlike other outlets, you can return anything you buy to any ALDO, if needed. I like that option so it doesn’t mean I have to trek back to Wicker Park if I decide I don’t want a pair of shoes I purchased at this shop. If nothing else, you can find really fun, inexpensive shoes that you might not treat yourself to otherwise. How else to you think I wound up with a pair of red polka dot wedge sandals?
