Holiday Festivities

This year my dance card really seemed to fill up around the holidays, and with a quick glance in my closet I realized I didn’t have one holiday outfit to wear! So I went out on Black Friday with one goal, to find outfits for my upcoming holiday parties. I hadn’t expected to find anything good, because doesn’t it always go that you can’t find what you’re looking for when you need it? So I was really pleased to leave the mall with several skirts and tops in red and green for the upcoming parties. The fact that they were all more than 50% off the original price was an extra bonus. (Perhaps a Christmas miracle?)

The store I had the best luck at was Banana Republic . This red skirt was on sale in Banana Republic and is the perfect pop of color to wear for the holidays. I like layering the circle skirt with this cape because they both are full silhouettes, but not overwhelming ones. I added the fur to the cape myself; I love having a stole that lets me winterize any jacket. Hopefully I’ll be able to share my purchases from The Limited with you soon!
