The ease in which I pack for trips can fluctuate. Sometimes, I pack hardly anything and end up rotating the same outfits the entire time (never feeling that cute). Other times, I bring wayyy too much and by the end of the trip am not sure why I was lugging around such a heavy suitcase. Luckily during my trip to L.A., my packing landed somewhere in the middle (but truthfully, I still brought 5 pairs of shoes).
I’ve been learning to scale back on my packing by layering and wearing my heaviest clothes in the airport, and by choosing to pack a few key pieces that can work the entire trip. I wore this white jacket nearly everyday, from the beach to a hillside wedding. And these Fibi & Clo sandals were the comfiest shoes I could have brought on vacation, working both on the pier and for a night out.
In fact, the Fibi & Clo sandals were so comfortable that I got a second pair of the brand’s poolside sandals, so I’m ready no matter what body of water I’m near. They’re the perfect purchase, because they won’t take up a lot of room in a suitcase either! Do you have any packing tips to keep your suitcase light?

I do the same thing packing — it is either not enough or wayyyyy too much! Finding that perfect balance is hard! Next time I’m traveling I might need you to come help me pack! 🙂

Oh my goodness I always have a slight panic when packing and overthink it and have to try everything on. I need to get some new packing techniques…
