I’m loving a lot of this fall’s trends and the way that they infuse a boho, 70s vibe into everyday wear. And although I admire these trends on the runways and in stores, I’m having a bit of a hard time fitting them into my closet. I consider my look to be more classy and preppy, so how do I reconcile crochet crop tops and suede skirts?
Luckily, there are plenty of ways to start off small. I shop for accessories or pieces of clothing that embody the current trends but still fit my style. For example, wearing a favorite LBD with a less-obvious fringed hair accessory. I also LOVED carrying this ZAC Zac Posen purse I recently rented from Rent the Runway. My outfit was pretty understated, but with such an eye-catching purse I also felt a bit like a rebel (that purse could double as a weapon).
