Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. I love playing dress up and making my own DIY Halloween costume, and I always have a hard time narrowing down my costume choice. The Rent the Runway Unlimited program that I’m part of makes it even harder to decide. Do I want to wear a beautiful blue gown as Cinderella, or be warm in a faux fur coat as Cruella de Vil? Perhaps a sparkly ball gown would work perfectly for Miss America or a bell sleeve dress that can double as a spiderweb costume.

Keep reading to see easy costumes that you can create yourself with the help of Rent the Runway, if needed. And don’t forget to use my code for $30 off your first order.

I love any event that gives me the chance to dress like a Princess. If you’re looking for an elegant costume, look no further than Cinderella, plus you’ll now have an on-trend pair of lucite heels in your closet.

Cruella De Vil isn’t the first character who comes to mind when you think “vixen,” but come on, her outfit has all of the makings to be sexy and mysterious at the same time. Plus, this DIY Halloween costume can be deconstructed and used on its own for a day-to-day outfit.

This costume is for the person who wants to really WOW at Halloween. Get ready to turn heads because you’ll probably be the sparkliest party guest in the room. Spiderella Black Bell Sleeve Illusion Sheath OR Black Diana Dress via Rent the Runway| Lipstick – Revlon Black Cherry

Does it get any easier than buying cheap spiderwebs at the convenience store and having someone help drape them over your black dress for a DIY Halloween costume? Have fun with your hair and makeup just enough to scare but also make someone hopeful that you’re going to wrap them up in your web.
