Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

When you’re in the mood to bake, do you have that one recipe you love to whip up because it’s quick and simple? For me that’s chocolate chip banana muffins (or bread). Not only does it help me use up my roommate’s and my overripe bananas, it’s delicious as breakfast or a dessert. I’ve tried lots of different recipes, and for Easter I used one from the Epicurious. Once baked, the muffins had a subtle banana taste. I was excited that I’d thought ahead and doubled the recipe. I’ve definitely been craving the baked goods throughout the week.
